About the Position

As a Consultant, you will be an integral part of the client team, supporting engineering and project management tasks across design, tendering, execution, and improvement projects. Depending on your experience, this could mean owning a single technical work package or taking on end-to-end project responsibility. Our strength lies in following projects through every phase, from concept to construction, qualification, validation, and handover, with the same team throughout.

You will act as the link between the client team and engineering partners (traditional engineering consultancy firms), contractors, and suppliers, contributing technical expertise and solutions to overcome project challenges. Depending on your background, your role may range from managing a technical work package to taking on broader project management responsibility, including coordinating on-site construction activities and ensuring milestones, budgets, and timelines are met.

Your workweek will be dynamic, and your level of responsibility will grow with your experience - giving you real influence on both project direction and client engagement.

Your Responsibilities

• Acting as a link between the client, engineering partners, contractors, and suppliers
• Managing technical work packages or taking on broader project management responsibility, depending on your experience
• Coordinating construction activities and ensuring milestones, budgets, and timelines are met
• Providing technical and commercial input to overcome project challenges
• Contributing to a proactive, solution-oriented project environment
• Building and maintaining strong client relationships, with room to grow into business development over time

About You

We imagine you are a structured and solution-driven professional with a strong background in construction coordination, and we expect you to have the following qualifications:

• Have a technical background at bachelor's or master's level, e.g. within Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Automation, or a similar field
• Have several years of relevant work experience; familiarity with heavily regulated industries and/or GMP environments is an advantage
• Have project management skills, including schedule and budget control; certifications such as PMI or PRINCE2 are a plus
• Are experienced within facility/utility engineering, design, planning, process equipment, HVAC, electrical installations, and/or automation
• Are confident taking responsibility for projects with demanding stakeholders, and comfortable diving into specialized topics when needed
• Have a client-oriented mindset and strong stakeholder management and communication skills
• Bring a pragmatic, proactive approach to project work and enjoy building long-term relationships
