We are expanding, and seeking an experienced and driven Senior Consultant to join our team at Emendo Project Consulting.

BE PART OF THE GOOD STORY

As a Senior Consultant at Emendo, you will act as a Project Quality Manager — the person who ties quality efforts together across workpackages and supports the Project Managers in steering complex capital investment projects safely through. You will work directly with top-tier pharmaceutical and biotech clients, operating independently and, in many cases, guiding and supporting junior colleagues on site.

To do this well, it is a clear advantage to have hands-on experience from one or more of the following areas:

Quality Management & Document Control

A background in GxP document and procedure management is a strong asset - including authoring, tracking, and maintaining documentation across the project lifecycle, as well as managing the List of Deliverables (LoD). Relevant experience includes:

• Streamlined change control processes and documentation — tightly linked to and aligned with the overall project execution plans
• Test and documentation tracking (LoD) across all project phases
• Compliance risk assessments using a science- and risk-based approach — identifying critical aspects, defining acceptance criteria, and reducing operational risk

Engineering, Commissioning & Qualification Activities

Hands-on experience from working within CQV or Engineering Responsible teams involved in the specification, design, and verification of pharmaceutical and biotech manufacturing systems - covering everything from early strategies through planning and execution. This covers knowledge of:

• Authoring and review of GMP documentation, including URS, design specifications, and verification plans
• Facility qualification: IQ / OQ / PQ (utilities, HVAC, rooms, etc.)
• Equipment qualification (IQ/OQ/PQ) for process equipment and instruments

The more of these areas you have experience from, the better, but what matters most is your ability to oversee the full quality picture, navigate across work packages, and keep the process on track from start to finish.

WHAT YOU BRING

We are looking for someone who:

• Holds a degree in engineering, life sciences, chemistry, production — or equivalent
• Has 5+ years of experience from the pharmaceutical or biotech industry, with a background in project quality management, work package ownership, or a senior SME role — and experience supporting or collaborating closely with project managers
• Has experience from one or more of the areas above — with a natural ability to see the connections between them and act as a quality anchor across work packages
• Communicates clearly and confidently — fluent English is a must; Danish is a plus
• Is structured, solution-oriented, and thrives when no two days are alike
• Can independently lead work packages and guide junior team members
• Has a unique hobby, surprising skill, or secret talent — we'd love to hear about it!
