About the position: 

As a Senior or Lead Consultant, you will manage technical work packages or take overall project management responsibility across all phases, from design and tendering to construction, qualification, validation, and handover to operations. Our core strength lies in our ability to manage projects across all phases with the same team, and we trust that you can navigate them regardless of the phase. 

You will work with focused project teams with broad expertise, but will also be able to dive into specialized topics when needed. Your role will range from leading design and engineering to coordinating on-site with the execution team. We expect you to be a role model, influence your surroundings, create good stories, and foster a proactive work environment, all while maintaining focus on project goals. 

At Emendo, you will collaborate closely with our clients using an iterative approach, ensuring they’re confident in the results and that our deliveries meet their expectations. While your primary workplace will be the client's site, you'll also have opportunities for knowledge sharing and socializing at Emendo's offices. 

About you:

We're not looking for an expert; rather, we seek an open-minded individual who is eager to take on responsibilities and to learn and observe along the way. 

Moreover, you: 

• Possess a pragmatic and proactive approach to project work. 

• Have a technical background with a bachelor’s or master’s degree. 

• Are specialized in either civil engineering, mechanics, automation, or a similar field. 

• Are experienced within facility/utility engineering, design, planning, process equipment, and/or automation. 

• Possess project management skills, including schedule and budget control. 

• Are confident in taking responsibility for large/complex projects with demanding stakeholders. 

• Have several years of relevant experience, preferably in highly complex industries, including heavily regulated sectors and/or GMP environments. 

• Have solid verbal and written communication and presentation skills in Danish and English.
