We paused hiring over the past year to be deliberate about the team we build next. The consulting market in Denmark has tightened, and our clients have changed how they buy: they want fewer consultants with more experience, people who can walk into a complex situation and show measurable progress within weeks, not months. We are now making a small number of senior hires — each one matters, and we are taking the time to find the right people.

Emendo is a 200-person consultancy built by people who used to sit on the client side — running transformation programmes inside pharma before deciding to do it for a living. The Role
You will lead IT/OT transformation engagements for clients in pharma and regulated industries — operating at the intersection of technology, business process, and organisational change. You are expected to create measurable impact from the outset, build trusted relationships with client stakeholders, and identify opportunities to expand Emendo’s footprint within your accounts. At Emendo, seniority means more than years served: it means sound judgement in ambiguity, credibility with demanding stakeholders, and the willingness to raise the standard of the whole team.
