Junior Consultant - Emendo Engineering

Are you our new talented Jr. Consultant for Emendo Engineering?

Emendo means improvement, which is the essence of what we do. Emendo Engineering enhances both existing and new production within Life Science industries (Pharma, Food, Biotech). By combining engineering expertise with technical project management, we support our clients in planning and executing complex projects - always focused on creating Good Stories.

About the position
As a Jr. Consultant, you will support a variety of engineering and project management tasks related to design, tendering, construction, qualification, and commissioning. Your work will be dynamic, ranging from desktop-based tasks to hands-on coordination on-site. You will also have the opportunity to shape your projects based on your experience and interests.

We expect the following profile:
• You hold a technical degree (BSc or MSc) within civil engineering, mechanics, production & automation, chemical engineering, biotechnology, or similar
• You have 1–3 years of experience; familiarity with regulated industries (e.g. GMP or food production) is an advantage
• You thrive in a fast-paced, professional project environment with a steep learning curve

Moreover, you bring:
• Interest in developing your engineering specialization and skill set
• Familiarity with project management tools, including scheduling and budget control
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English (Danish is an advantage)
• Experience with CAD and BIM tools
• Curiosity, assertiveness, and a strong work ethic
• Solid organizational skills to manage varied tasks and stakeholders
• Ability to create structured, high-quality presentations and support facilitation of meetings/workshops; familiarity with AI tools (e.g. for structuring, analysis, and content creation) is an advantage

As most work takes place at client sites, flexibility regarding transportation across Zealand is required.
