Your Role

At Emendo Project Services, we strive to make a real impact. We support complex projects by being an integrated part of the project organization, helping to ensure structure, transparency, and progress throughout the project lifecycle.

Our team delivers expertise within project controlling, project controls, risk management, project progress reporting, project planning, and procurement - primarily on complex CAPEX projects within pharma and life sciences.

As a PMO Consultant, you will work hands-on with these disciplines on highly relevant and exciting projects, while continuing to develop your professional skills in a strong consulting environment.

Depending on the project scope and client setup, your responsibilities will typically include:

• Supporting project controls activities, including cost follow-up, forecasting, and variance analysis
• Contributing to project reporting and performance transparency across cost, schedule, and risk
• Working with project data, systems, and analyses to support decision-making
• Supporting PMO processes, governance structures, and project coordination
• Collaborating closely with project managers, senior PMO consultants, and other stakeholders in the project organization

About You

We are looking for someone with a solid foundation and the motivation to grow as a consultant:

• 2–5 years of relevant experience, especially within Project Controls (experience from a regulated industry or GMP environment is a plus)
• Master's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Project Management, or a similar field
• Comfortable with project management tools and eager to learn more
• Skilled in Excel for project or financial data
• Detail-oriented, structured, and solutions-focused
• Collaborative and proactive, with strong initiative and good communication skills in English (Danish is a plus)

Location & Flexibility

Our work is primarily carried out on-site at our clients’ locations, and therefore flexibility and willingness to work across Sjælland is expected.
