We are searching for a hands-on CTO who can win projects, inspire a team of digital consultants, and deliver good stories at our client. To succeed in the role a strong understanding of how to digitalize processes, preferably in Pharma and Life Science. An overall understanding GxP/GMP mindset and the stakeholder complexity in this type of industry is seen as an advantage.
The role
You will act as the technical advisor and commercial leader for a small, ambitious digital consultancy team. You will help shape offerings, sell and scope projects, lead delivery, and coach a team of talented young consultants and developers.
What you’ll do
- Solve real pharma problems through digitalization: translate regulated business needs into scalable digital solutions.
- Be the “trusted advisor”: build senior client relationships and expand accounts through value creation.
- Set technical direction: guide architecture, tooling choices, and best practices across analytics, automation, and software development.
- Lead and grow a multidisciplinary team (data, engineering, automation, software and project leadership).
- Sell and shape projects: drive lead generation, build proposals, and close opportunities.
- Own delivery end-to-end: scope, plan, and execute projects. Deliver good stories at our client base.
- Build culture: create a team environment where people learn fast, collaborate, and take ownership.
What we are looking for
- 5+ years’ experience in a leadership role (consulting, digital product/services, or tech-enabled transformation).
- Proven ability to sell and deliver digital project
- Strong understanding of one or more areas: data & analytics, automation, digital transformation, software/app development.
- Experience working with (or selling into) pharma / life sciences or other regulated industries is a big plus.
- Confident communicator who can engage both technical teams and senior stakeholders.
- Comfortable being both strategic and hands-on when needed.
- Fluent in Danish and English (written and spoken).
