As we continue to grow, we are now hiring a Lead PMO Project Manager to help shape the success of critical investment programs.
BE PART OF THE GOOD STORY
As Lead PMO Project Manager, you’ll take a central role in managing and maturing PMO structures across a portfolio of CAPEX projects. Depending on the assignment, you will lead a PMO team or serve as the key PMO lead, working closely with program managers, engineering leads, and executive stakeholders. Your mission: to ensure structured project execution through effective governance, planning, stakeholder engagement, reporting, risk management, and process standardization.
You bring a background in PMO leadership, ideally from the pharmaceutical, biotech, or similarly complex, regulated sectors. You’re passionate about enabling project success through clear processes, transparent communication, and smart tools.
WHAT YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR
- Establishing and operating PMO processes tailored to client needs and project complexity
- Facilitating project governance, decision-making forums, and steering committee support
- Managing and continuously improving project processes, templates, and standards
- Supporting integrated project planning and progress tracking (cost/schedule/scope alignment)
- Ensuring quality and consistency in risk, issue, and change management
- Driving timely and actionable reporting to stakeholders at all levels
- Supporting knowledge sharing and embedding best practices across projects and teams
- Coaching and enabling PMO team members where applicable
WHAT YOU BRING TO THE ROLE
- 5+ years of experience in project/program management or PMO roles on complex projects
- Experience working in pharma, biotech, chemical, or similar regulated industries
- Ability to lead cross-functional efforts, influence without authority, and drive alignment across stakeholders
- Solid understanding of project governance frameworks and phase-gated execution models
- Highly organized, communicative, and solution-oriented
- Comfortable operating in fast-paced, high-stakes environments with evolving priorities
- Have great communication skills in English both written and oral. If you master the Danish language as well, this is definitely a plus
