Consultant - Emendo Project Consulting

We are expanding—and seeking a proactive and curious Consultant to join our team at Emendo Project Consulting. 

BE PART OF THE GOOD STORY 

As a Consultant at Emendo, you will collaborate with experienced Project Managers and Senior Consultants on high-profile pharmaceutical and biotech projects. You’ll take part in driving structured execution from early planning through execution and delivery. 

Your responsibilities will vary depending on your background, but typically include: 

• Supporting project planning, scoping, and execution 

• Developing schedules, reporting tools, and progress tracking 

• Participating in stakeholder coordination and communication 

• Facilitating risk assessments, governance activities, and project documentation 

• Driving your own project tasks and gradually taking on more independent responsibility 

This is an opportunity to accelerate your development toward becoming a skilled project manager—while making a tangible impact in a dynamic, real-world setting. 

WHAT YOU BRING 

We are looking for someone who is: 

• Educated in engineering, life sciences, chemistry, mechanics, or production (or similar) 

• Bringing 1–3 years of work experience, preferably in a project-related or technical environment 

• Eager to grow within the pharmaceutical or biotech sector 

• Naturally curious, solution-oriented, and structured in your way of working 

• A strong communicator—fluent in English (Danish is a plus) and confident in meetings and presentations 

• Comfortable working across teams, stakeholders, and changing project scopes 

• Thriving in environments where no two days are alike 

• Someone with a unique hobby, surprising skill, or secret talent—we’d love to hear about it!
