Senior/Lead HVAC Consultant - Emendo Engineering

Are You an Experienced HVAC Consultant Ready to Lead Complex Projects in Pharma and Life Science?

About this role:
As a Senior/Lead Consultant with expertise in HVAC systems at Emendo Engineering, you will play a central role in the design and execution of complex projects within the pharmaceutical and life science industries. Projects may include both new construction and the renovation of existing facilities. We expect you to lead the technical work package throughout all phases of the project lifecycle – from design and tendering to construction, commissioning, and qualification. Your knowledge and expertise will be key to delivering the best technical solutions to our clients.

You are expected to navigate each stage of the project seamlessly, collaborating with highly skilled professionals. You lead by example, inspire your colleagues, and foster a proactive and collaborative work environment. Most often, you will work as part of a larger team, but you may also be assigned to individual projects.

We envision that you:

• Hold a bachelor’s or master’s degree in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or another relevant discipline
• Have a minimum of 5 years of project execution experience, preferably in regulated industries or GMP environments, with pharma/cleanroom experience
• Can demonstrate expertise in the design, commissioning, and qualification of HVAC systems for regulated production facilities
• Approach project management and problem-solving with a pragmatic and proactive mindset
• Possess strong project management skills, including proven experience in managing schedules, budgets, and resources; PMI or PRINCE2 certification is a plus
• Communicate effectively in both written and spoken English and Danish, with the ability to clearly present complex technical information to clients and stakeholders

As most of our work takes place at client sites, this role requires flexibility and the ability to travel within Zealand and Greater Copenhagen.
