Are You Our Next Senior/Lead CSA Consultant with Strong Technical Project Management Skills?

About this role:
As a Senior/Lead Consultant within CSA (Civil, Structural, and Architectural) or as a Clean Room Architect at Emendo Engineering, you will play a central role in delivering complex engineering projects within the pharma and life science industry. You will lead technical work packages or take on overall project management responsibilities throughout the project lifecycle—from design and tendering to construction, qualification, and commissioning. Your expertise will guide key decisions, ensuring efficient project execution.

You will be the primary point of contact between the client team, engineering partners (including traditional consultancies), contractors, and suppliers, offering CSA-specific technical expertise and providing innovative solutions to construction challenges.

We envision the ideal candidate as someone who:

• Holds a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Architectural Technology & Construction Management (Bygningskonstruktør), or a related discipline.
• Has minimum 5 years of hands-on project execution experience, preferably in regulated industries or GMP environments with pharma/cleanroom experience.
• Demonstrates expertise in the design, commissioning, and qualification of CSA system for regulated production facilities.
• Approaches project management and problem-solving with a pragmatic and proactive mindset.
• Has strong project management skills, including proven experience in managing schedules, budgets, and resources; PMI/Prince2 certification is a plus.
• Communicates effectively in English (and Danish is a plus), with the ability to present complex technical information clearly to clients and stakeholders.

As our work is primarily conducted at client sites, the role requires flexibility and the ability to travel within Zealand/Greater Copenhagen.
