Senior/Lead Consultant - GMP & Compliance - Emendo Engineering

About the position 

As a Senior/Lead Consultant within GMP & Compliance, one of Emendo Engineering's core areas of expertise, you will drive technical work packages or take on overall project management responsibility for design, tendering, construction, and qualification and commissioning. Your workweek will be dynamic, ranging from desktop-based tasks to hands-on coordination on-site. You will have the opportunity to influence your assigned projects through your previous experience and interests, with opportunities ranging from specialized technical lead roles to project director positions for larger deliverables, such as new plants and ancillary buildings.   

We expect the following profile: 

• You have a technical background at bachelor’s or master’s level, with a specialization in civil engineering, mechanics, or a similar field. 

• You have 5-10 years of work experience in heavily regulated industries and/or GMP environments. 

• You thrive in a fast-paced, professional project environment with a steep learning curve. 

• You bring expert knowledge in areas such as qualification, validation, and change control, as well as familiarity with GMP requirements. 

Moreover, you bring the following to our team: 

• A pragmatic and proactive approach to project work. 

• Strong project management skills, including schedule and budget control. PMI/Prince2 certification is an advantage. 

• A proven track record in advancing your engineering specialization and skill set. 

• Solid verbal and written communication skills in both Danish and English, as well as high-level presentation techniques. 

• Experience in working with qualification and validation protocols. 

As our work primarily takes place at customers' sites, you are expected to be flexible in terms of transportation within Zealand.
