Senior/Lead Consultant - Emendo Engineering Kalundborg

Are you our new experienced Senior/Lead Consultant at Emendo Engineering in Kalundborg?

About the position 

As a Senior/Lead Consultant, you will drive technical work packages or take on overall project management responsibility for design, tendering, construction, and qualification and commissioning. Your workweek will be dynamic, ranging from desktop-based tasks to hands-on coordination on-site. You will have the opportunity to influence your assigned projects through your previous experience and interests, with opportunities ranging from specialized technical lead roles to project director positions for larger deliverables, such as new plants and ancillary buildings. 

We expect the following profile: 

• You have a technical background at bachelor’s or master’s level, with a specialization in civil engineering, mechanics, production & automation, or a similar field. 

• You have 5-10 years of work experience in heavily regulated industries and/or GMP environments. 

• You thrive in a fast-paced, professional project environment with a steep learning curve. 

• You bring expert knowledge in the design, commissioning, and qualification of black and clean utilities, electrical installations, production facilities, and/or processing equipment. 

Moreover, you bring the following to our team: 

• A pragmatic and proactive approach to project work. 

• Strong project management skills, including schedule and budget control. PMI/Prince2 certification is an advantage. 

• A proven track record in advancing your engineering specialization and skill set. 

• Solid verbal and written communication skills in both Danish and English, as well as high-level presentation techniques. 

• Experience with technical drawing programs such as CAD and BIM are desirable. 

• Natural curiosity, assertiveness, and strong work ethics. 

• Organizational skills required to manage an everyday work life full of challenges, varying tasks, and different business partners. 

Our work primarily takes place at our customers' sites, with this role based in Kalundborg. While you will be connected to our Kalundborg office, the role requires some flexibility for occasional travel to other project locations within Zealand, including our headquarters in Nordhavn.
