You are a passionate individual with a keen interest in the professional areas we work with in Digital - and a willingness to learn. We are looking for someone who has: 

• A basic understanding of digital transformation concepts 

• An interest in data-driven decision-making, machine learning and analytics 

• A willingness to learn about process optimization and industrial automation 

• Good communication skills and a desire to build client relationships 

• A problem-solving mindset and the ability to adapt in dynamic environments

What You will Do 

• Assist in strategic digital transformation initiatives from conception to execution 

• Support senior consultants in delivering innovative, data-driven solutions that align with client objectives 

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative, data-driven solutions that align with client objectives. 

• Engage with clients under the guidance of senior consultants to understand their business challenges and deliver customized digital solutions 

• Contribute to the development of strategies for data analytics, automation, and digital optimization 
•  
• Assist in specifying, designing and developing custom software solutions

• Manage and report on your own set of specific tasks across projects and ensure timely delivery and measurable impact
