The Role 

As a Senior Management Consultant at Emendo Improvement, you will oversee projects that provide our customers with a competitive edge, addressing their most significant challenges. Your responsibilities will include conducting preliminary analyses to identify improvement initiatives, training/coaching customers, developing strategies, and implementing solutions. Curiosity about challenges and innovative solutions is essential. 

You will frequently work on-site with customers, where understanding the process and creating value is paramount. You will have a direct impact on your assigned projects and contribute to the development of our company. 

About You 

• You have extensive experience in operations management, consulting, or project management. 
• You have a proven track record of implementing sustainable solutions, preferably in the pharmaceutical industry. 
• You are analytical, systematic, and believe in data-driven decision-making. 
• You are a keen learner, unafraid of exploring the unknown. 
• You have practical, hands-on experience with Lean and/or Six Sigma. 
• You are passionate, empathetic, and willing to "get your hands dirty" on site. 
• You are an excellent communicator, able to convey information effectively across all organizational levels, from shop floor operators to executive management.
