Assignments:
- You are a project manager or support as a business consultant, depending on the scope of the project.
- As a project manager, you manage and coordinate all relevant to-dos and milestones and keeping the project team's backs clear.
- As a Business Consultant, you will support our customers in optimizing processes, act as a sparring partner and enable the project team to drive change in their organization.
- You work closely, strategically, and purposefully with the customer and our software partner.
- During the presales phase, you will analyze customer requirements and develop solution concepts. You acquire new customers through convincing presentations and offers.
Profile:
- Good knowledge of textile/consumer goods product development of textile and consumer goods (design, pattern development, material development and procurement, product development and procurement)
- Basic knowledge of PLM software (Centric C8).
- Holistic process understanding for the Product Lifecycle.
- Excellent knowledge of English and German.
- Strong communication and conflict management skills.
- Advanced knowledge in the areas of process optimization and change management.
- Very good and quick comprehension skills, as well as a high ability to understand complex structures.
