The Job

As a Lead consultant at Emendo Improvement you will be responsible for managing projects that give our customers an edge and help them tackle some of their biggest challenges. You will facilitate everything from a preliminary analysis for identifying improvement initiatives, training of clients, developing strategies, to the implementation of improvement initiatives. The job requires you to be curious about challenges and solutions.

Being present where value is created and understanding the process is vital, which means that you will often work at client sites. You have direct influence on the projects you are allocated to and on the development of our company. 

About you

• You have documented experience within operations management, consulting or project management.
• You have a successful track record of implementing lasting solutions, preferably in the pharmaceutical industry.
• You are analytical, systematic and believe that “data talks”
• You are an eager learner not afraid of the unknown
• You have practical experience with Lean and/or Six Sigma.
• You are passionate, empathetic and not afraid to “get your hands dirty” on site.
• You are perceived as a good communicator capable of conveying information across all organisational layers from operators on the shop floor to executive management
