Consultant (Project Management & Lean Implementation)

Minimum qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Biopharmaceutical Technology, Life Sciences, Lean Manufacturing, or a relevant field
• One to two years of experience in the Pharmaceutical, Medical Device, or Manufacturing Industry
• Proficient with MS Office (e.g., Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, etc.)
• Strong Communication & Presentation Skills

Preferred qualifications:

• Master’s degree
• Experience in project management or lean implementation
• Experience working in a GMP environment
• Experience leading a small team comprised of colleagues and client representatives
• Proficient in Tableau or similar analytics platform
• Skilled in Smartsheet or similar project management platform
• Skilled in Miro or a similar online collaboration platform

Responsibilities

Tasks vary based on the client and project but may include the following:

• Manage various capital or engineering projects
• Implementation of Lean methodologies
• Facilitate team decision-making meetings
• Lead client workshops
• Help senior staff with the development of executive leadership presentations
• Provide direction to junior consultants to ensure they are providing the most significant value to the client
• Build dashboards and tools to support various project initiatives
