Project Leader (Project Management)

Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Biopharmaceutical Technology, Life Sciences, Lean Manufacturing, or a relevant field
  • Five years of experience in the Pharmaceutical, Medical Device, or Manufacturing Industry
  • Experience leading a small team comprised of colleagues and client representatives
  • Proficient with MS Office (e.g., Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, etc.)
  • Strong Communication & Presentation Skills

 

Preferred qualifications:

  • Master’s degree
  • Experience in project management or lean implementation
  • Experience working in a GMP environment
  • Proficient in Tableau or similar analytics platform
  • Skilled in Smartsheet or similar project management platform
  • Skilled in Miro or a similar online collaboration platform

Responsibilities

Tasks vary based on the client and project but may include the following:

  • Manage various capital or engineering projects
  • Implementation of Lean methodologies
  • Facilitate team decision-making meetings
  • Lead client workshops
  • Develop executive leadership presentations
  • Provide direction to junior consultants and consultants to ensure they are providing the most significant value to the client
  • Establish and maintain a relationship with the client to ensure Emendo Inc continues to provide best-in-class service
  • Work with key stakeholders at the client site to determine Emendo Inc resource needs for numerous tasks and projects.
